There are a bunch of free camping spots located in the canyon below Joe's Valley on State Road 29 next to the Bouldering areas. There are also more camping spots next to some other Bouldering areas just off state road 29. At about mp 10.3 state road 29 head north on a paved road and go about 4 miles (Cottonwood Cyn Raod). Also at mp 15 on state road 29 turn north on state road 57 and there are more Bouldering and camping spots up there...
