Film dates will be between January 20th and February 10th for 1 to 3 days.

The Town of Orangetown Filming has received a request for a root cellar, similar to the one attached in this post. Basement with stone walls, shelves of glass jars, etc...

Not sure of the dates yet, but the sooner you let me know, the sooner I can let the production crew know. This would be for a TV series.

We have received a filming request for an entire apartment complex with the following requirements:

Scout Dates: ASAP
Tech Scout Dates: TBD
Prep Dates: Aug 14-27 (on site)
Shoot Dates: Aug 28 - Sept 25.

Budget:
Approx. $10,000/per week for the apartment complex. (6 weeks; 2 weeks prep - 4 weeks filming).

Footprint:
Crew size: 45 people
Cast: 15
Vehicles: 4 trucks, 4 pass vans, 2 minis, 4 production cars and 15 personals

Location Breakdown Request:
-Entire apartment complex (need to own location for shoot, ideally no residents, something that resembles a large NYC apartment complex)
-Full parking on site or nearby
-Holding space on site; apartment units will work.
-Production Office on site; apartment units will work.
-Working bathrooms, power, etc.
-2 weeks Art/On-site Prep.
-4 weeks Principal Photography.
-Elevator and/or freight elevator – preferable
-Wide hallways for blocking actors/camera.
-Filming in 5 units, holding/other departments in the rest.
-Stairwell.

We are working with a production group that needs to store their props.

SITE REQUIREMENTS:
• Rental for 6 months – 1 year
• Timeframe: ASAP (ideally next month)
• 68,000 SF of storage, with 8,000 SF climate controlled

Town of Orangetown Filming has been asked for two locations:

1. A large active shipping warehouse that they could film during a working day. A good example would be the Amazon scene in the movie Nomadland. They could film a reduced unit and minimal actors walking through the warehouse during a normal working day. They would want to see all of the machinery moving to really sell the scene. They will provide comprehensive insurance as well as a location fee to any willing company.

2. An empty field or park with some dilapidated homes or abandoned machinery in the vicinity. Anything that looks spooky. They would want to bring in a double wide trailer and park it on the property. This would play as one of our main characters homes.

Please note - their first filming day isn't until mid-June 2023.

PEARL RIVER AREA:

We have received a request for a location to film for one day. Time frame they are looking for is April 19 through April 28.

We are seeking a suburban home close to Pearl River Studios for filming one day between April 19 and April 28, 2023. Pearl River Studios will be their base camp, house (to be determined) in the Pearl River area.

A suburban home with a large basement for filming interior and exterior scenes in connection with filming at Pearl River Studios.
