Continuum Day Program Using the community and its resources, Continuum will provide opportunities to build vocational skills, practice mobility, and develop life skills.

Working with adults with disabilities to build and enhance employment skills, plan and participate in fun activities/outings and navigate their local community using public transportation.

This fun and rewarding position is About 30-35hrs a week, M-F schedule. Join a new and growing program and help enrich the lives of our clients while having fun!
