• Content that could compromise an ongoing investigation
• Any identifying information of any person
• Defamatory or personal attacks
• Threats to, harassment of, or violation of the legal rights of any person or organization
• Solicitation of commerce
• Encouragement of illegal activity
• Links to unapproved websites or any other unapproved content
• Content that violates a legal ownership interest
• Comments in support of or opposition to any political campaigns or ballot measures
• Information that may compromise safety or security of the public or public systems
Additionally, the Orange Police Department reserves the right to terminate a person's ability to post comments/materials or otherwise participate in the department's social media tools when the person has posted any of the above listed inappropriate comments/materials. Any person or persons identified on this site as an arrestee or defendant in a criminal case is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
