If you have to call 911 please notify the dispatcher if you or anyone in your household has had a fever, cough, or weakness in the past two weeks and any travel history. Please also remember that if you have had a fever and treated it with aspirin or ibuprofen and no longer have a fever the answer is yes you have had a fever. Dispatch will ask everyone that calls these questions. please answer all of them so that we can protect ourselves when coming to your home.

Crews when entering your home will ask you all of these questions again from a 6 foot distance. If you answer yes to any of these questions they will place a surgical mask down for you to wear and will return to their truck to put on full protective clothing.

Please don’t be alarmed this is for everyone’s protection this does not mean you have COVID-19 we just want to take all precautions. Below is what the crew will look like. Thank you all for your continued assistance.
