Under my administration we have brought over 3 million dollars in state funding, over 2 million dollars in grant funding, and 1.8 million dollars in Capital Improvements to fix our roads, open our parks, and improve our water & sewer and make our city a better place.

I would like to say THANK YOU to the St. Landry Democrats for hosting a successful Candidate Forum at the Opelousas Civic Center.

You cannot re-build, change or lead when your history is division. If your claim is to unify and lead, then your history must be one of progress.

We are leading the change to make Opelousas a forward progress city.

When asked why has it taken so long, I will say, this city has been broken and neglected for many years and it will take many years to fix.

In 2014 I stepped forward on faith because I realize that you can't make changes by complaining on the sidelines. It has been 4 years of hindrance, blockades, political agendas and human error, but thru it all we have managed to make progress and changes.

The one thing that you know is that I'm built to overcome, stand and keep moving, and who amongst those seeking to lead can say that.

I've lead despite the constant negativity and I will continue to lead and progress this city I love.

Dividers and Opportunist discuss people and things, Leaders discuss solutions.

You can't seek to rebuild and bring change when you are known as a divisionaire.

Real Leaders don't do the bidding of those seeking to divide and maintain the Them vs Us mentality of Superiority.

My team and I are leading and progressing thru it all.

To lead our City, you need a and a !!!

During the last 4 years my administration and I have brought in millions of dollars of Grant funding as well as begun and completed infrastructure projects that have had a positive effect on all of our citizens.

On August 6, 2018, we will begin the reconstruction and replacement of our road infrastructure projects (College Ave, Wartell Ave, and Mary Ann Ave) in over 30 years.

Our City has come a long way and we are moving in a and Direction. Let's continue this journey together!
