This week, the Baldwin County Coroner’s Office had the opportunity to exercise and familiarize our team with a mobile morgue resource provided through S-MORT, ADPH and the State EMA system out of Lee County, Alabama.

While we all hope these types of resources are never needed, preparedness is critical when disaster strikes. Exercises like this ensure your BCCO remains ready to respond professionally, efficiently, and compassionately during mass casualty incidents or emergencies.

We are grateful for the partnership and support from S-MORT, State EMA, and Lee County for allowing us to train with this valuable asset.

When our community calls, rest assured — your BCCO is prepared and ready to answer
