Phillip Ensler won the Democratic primary with nearly 58% of the vote statewide.

In Lee County, Ensler secured 54.6% of the vote.

Ensler will be on the November ballot running for Alabama Lieutenant Governor.

Dakarai Larriett for Senate and Everett Wess for Senate 2026 are headed to a runoff in Alabama for U.S. Senate.

Wess received nearly 40% of the Democratic vote throughout the state, and Larriett garnered 29%. However, Larriett won the Lee County vote with 36.5%.
