HOLIDAY SERVICE UPDATE:

Please be advised of the upcoming schedule changes in observance of Independence Day:

📌 Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd and buses will not be running (observed holiday).

📌 The First Saturday of the month Fixed Route service will NOT operate on Saturday, July 4th due to the Independence Day holiday.

🚌 The Fixed Route Saturday service has been rescheduled to Saturday, July 11th.

🚐 Medically necessary demand response service will still be available for scheduling on both July 3rd and July 4th, until capacity is met.

We encourage riders who need transportation on those dates to schedule as early as possible, as space is limited.

Hi Ontario Riders! 🚌

We’ve noticed an increase in requests for stops at locations that aren’t designated bus stops, so we wanted to share a quick clarification.

Our Ontario City Route operates as a fixed route service, which means drivers may only stop at marked bus stops along the route.

We know this can be confusing because the Fruitland bus, operated by Treasure Valley Transit, is a separate service and does allow limited off-route stops and deviated service.

For riders whose disability prevents them from accessing a fixed route service, Paratransit may be a better option. Paratransit is a door-to-door service for eligible individuals.
