It is the mission of the Stormy Ray Cardholders' Foundation to protect and facilitate the legal use of medical marijuana through research and education in order to provide a higher quality of life for patients. ure 67, which became the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act of 1998 (O.M.M.A.). The Stormy Ray Cardholders' Foundation is an Oregon medical marijuana information and support organization dedicated to helping patients utilize this great patient law. Stormy served eight years on the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program's Advisory Committee on Medical Marijuana (A.C.M.M.). She has served on the Oregon State Rehabilitation Advisory Council for two Governors and the Federal Disabilities Determination Advisory Board for four years. Stormy is the president of the Malheur Butte Productions that focuses on disabilities awareness education, the name of the organization was changed in 2000 to the Stormy Ray Cardholders' Foundation. William Lopez is a page administrator and supporter of both the Oregon medical marijuana movement and overall cannabis education. He’s a reporter for a local newspaper in Eastern Oregon, served as a journalist for the U.S. Navy for eight years, occasionally writes for Yahoo! News and manages a blog that discusses a multitude of topics.
