The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:

rofessions; the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations; and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society;
THIRD. The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian's personal, business, and community life;
FOURTH. The advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service. 💙 So proud of our Onalaska High School Interact students! Their kindness is a beautiful reminder that when we Unite for Good, even small acts can make a big impact. 🧸✨

Today, Secretary Joey Duckworth of the Onalaska High School Interact club stopped by as their club presented us with several Rotary Lights stuffed animals. Executive Director of Rotary Lights Scott Lundeen and Assistant District Governor for Rotary Kathi Millard were also there for this amazing donation presentation. Thank you so much for this donation. Officers, will at times, give these out during traumatic calls for service as a way to comfort a child. Thank you so much for this wonderful donation.

☀️ Our lunch club got up a little earlier than usual today!

Several Hilltopper Rotarians joined the Holmen Rotary Club for breakfast and shared the story of our Puerto Vallarta Water Filter Project. Thanks to support from the Sparta Rotary Club and a District 6250 Grant, we raised $13,500 and provided 245 water filters to families in Mexico, bringing safe drinking water to communities for years to come. 💧🌎

A great day with the Onalaska Hilltopper Rotary Club! 💙💛

We celebrated some incredible members and accomplishments:

🔹 Congratulations to Sue Peterson on receiving her Blue Pin, recognizing her multiple Paul Harris Fellow awards and continued commitment to Rotary's mission.

🔹 We were thrilled to announce Lucy Neuberger as our 2025-2026 Rotarian of the Year! Thank you, Lucy, for your dedication, leadership, and service to our club and community.

🔹 We also got a first look at our newly redesigned website, featuring updated information, a fresh new look, and an easier way to learn about our club, projects, and events.

A day full of recognition, celebration, and looking ahead to what's next. 💙

🎉 Another great Hilltopper Rotary meeting! 🎉

💙 We welcomed our Interact Scholarship recipients, Nou Qu Yang and Kaarina Dunn, and had the opportunity to hear about their college plans and future goals. Supporting the next generation of leaders is one of the best parts of what we do!

🌟 Congratulations to our newest Paul Harris Fellows, Dan Stevens and Shawn McAlister! The Paul Harris Fellow is one of Rotary’s highest recognitions, honoring individuals who demonstrate a commitment to Service Above Self and making a difference in their communities.

🎶 A huge shoutout to Dan Stevens for getting us pumped up for Great River Sound! Summer concert season kicks off next week, and we can’t wait to see Dash Park filled with music, friends, and fun.

Another great day of Rotary and community connection 💙💛

Today we officially welcomed Howie Patchin to the Hilltopper Rotary family! He’s a former Rotarian who was excited to get involved with a club again, and we’re excited to get to know him better and serve alongside him. 👏

We also heard from the team at the La Crosse Community Theatre about their exciting new LEAP project — a vision focused on expanding access, creativity, education, and community impact through the arts. 🎭✨

This is what it looks like to Unite For Good 💙💛

Yesterday our Puerto Vallarta water filter team had the opportunity to speak at the Rotary Club of La Crosse East meeting and share more about our clean water project in Mexico.

This February, Hilltopper Rotary partnered with the Puerto Vallarta Rotary Club and Sparta Rotary to distribute nearly 300 water filters to families in Puerto Vallarta—bringing access to safe, clean water and creating connections that will last far beyond the trip itself.

A huge thank you to Rotary East for welcoming us and giving us the chance to share the story. Rotary’s impact truly reaches around the world 🌎✨
