🌾 Global Roots by the numbers:
✅ 163 active farmers
✅ 815+ family members impacted
✅ 8.5 acres cultivated
✅ 13 educational workshops hosted

For many of our farmers, growing their own food means more than a harvest. Approximately 27% of participating households qualify for nutrition assistance programs like SNAP, and access to fresh, culturally relevant produce helps reduce food costs while improving food security.

Congratulations to the seven LFS staff members who recently completed the Middle Management Academy! 🎉

Through this leadership development program from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, participants gained practical tools, leadership insights, and valuable connections with peers across the behavioral health field. Staff shared that the experience strengthened their understanding of their management styles and equipped them to become even more effective leaders.
