This community is also one of the most affordable with rental rates tailored to a wide range of income levels. Hickory Villa offers 51 units in two apartment styles (see floor plans). The residents at Hickory Villa enjoy the beautiful surroundings including the garden dining room, natural lighting, and the extensive greenery throughout the building.
