Big News! Last night we brought home our brand new 2026 Ford E-450 Medix Ambulance built by VCI. Lots of hard work and hours into getting this ambulance to replace our 1999 Braun. While we will miss our old faithful we are excited to start this new chapter. After bringing it home last night our EMS Captain Nick Lubniewski along with EMTs Morgan Lee Van Eck and Timothy Matthew and Drivers Scott Bidwell Jr. And Owen Slish went right to work getting everything switched over for licensure today and we are happy to report we passed licensure today and it's officially in service and already did its first call/transport about 30 min after passing!!! Thank you to everyone involved and to the community 🙏

Sneak peek at what's coming to town, today we picked up and finalized our purchase of a brand new 2026 Ford E-450 ambulance built my Medix! It's now off to get equipment installed and then graphics before licensure. Hopefully within this month it will hit the streets to answer your calls!

We've been hard at work the last few months to better serve our community! Recently we put into service a brand new 2025 Chevy Tahoe PPV replacing our 2005 Explorer Quick response vehicle (QRV) and now stay tuned in the coming weeks for the next big addition to our fleet 👀

Today we were inspected by EMS for licensure and are happy to announce both our ambulance and QRV passed inspection and with that we would like to introduce the New QRV26! This new QRV is licensed as a BLS Squad and is 2025 Chevy Tahoe PPV and replaced our 2005 Ford Explorer. Stay tuned for a new ambulance in the upcoming months 😎

Fun facts! Did you know how many hours your volunteers need to put in to become certified to respond to your emergencies?

Just to start they have to log around 160 hours of training, not to mention many have probation periods and tons of continuing education!
