East Bay Public Plaza The East Bay Public Plaza is a free public space celebrating water through interpretive art, a wetland pond, and a wading stream.

The stream is fed by Class A Reclaimed Water. The East Bay Public Plaza, a joint effort of the LOTT Clean Water Alliance, Port of Olympia, City of Olympia, and the Hands On Children's Museum. With its many educational elements and sustainable features, the plaza serves as the heart of the East Bay District.
