Twenty-five years later, we remember.

We honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the families and communities forever changed by that day.

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County, we serve a generation of young people who were born long after September 11, 2001. As we remember this day, we also have an opportunity to help them understand the importance of service, courage, compassion, and coming together as a community.

Today, we remember those we lost, honor those who served, and continue working to build a future rooted in kindness and community.
