Due to our cleaning closure, the Infant Feeding & Postpartum Support Group will not meet this week. Join us next Thursday from 10:15 to 11:45 AM. No registration or membership is needed, and babies are welcome!

Newborns feed every 2–3 hours, but it’s not about strict schedules, parents should watch for hunger cues like:
- Rooting (turning toward your chest)
- Sucking on hands or smacking lips
- Fussiness (a late cue!)

Our Family Room is a space that welcomes families with children and survivors as a warming and cooling center year-round. You're able to come by and grab something from the resource station, charge your phone, grab a cool drink, inquire about resources, and more!

Stop by and visit our Family Room any time from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday or 9:00am-2:00pm on Fridays. We are located at 3545 7th Ave SW Ste 200 Olympia, 98502
