When Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council unexpectedly lost access to transportation, their ability to reach communities across Washington was suddenly at risk. Instead of slowing down, we came together, mapped out the challenge, and found a solution that kept their work moving. 💪

Our Chief Equity and Performance Officer Adrian Thompson joined leaders from across the region for the AWMB 4th Annual NW Contractors Day to talk about something important: access to state contracting. 🌟

The conversation between businesses and state agencies covered how to continue to remove barriers for small, minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses.

It's no easy feat balancing historic design, public safety, and modern government. 📚

Buildings and grounds not only have to be beautiful, well-tended, and functional, but they also must be sustainable for years to come. That’s why we’re excited to share the newest building on Capitol Campus won a Project Excellence Award for green building design from the U.S. Green Building Council! This award is a testament to the care and stewardship that went into the building’s design.

This year’s PSRW event on Capitol Campus was a huge success. Public servants from across the region came together to connect, recharge, and be recognized for the important work they do every day. Seeing so many people gather in support of public service was truly inspiring.
