Financial Education Public-Private Partnership FEPPP brings together individuals from public and private sector in an effort to provide quality financial education. For info see FEPPP.org.

In 2009 the legislature passed SHB 1347, which led to the adoption of RCW 28A.300.450(link is external), extending the efforts of Financial Literacy Public-Private Partnership (FLPPP) by creating the Financial Education Public-Private Partnership (FEPPP). The committee brings together individuals from both the public and private sector in an effort to provide quality financial education for students in the public school system.

At the 2026 NCTE-NCTM Conference, FEPPP K-8 Program Supervisor Amy Kliewer shared how children's literature can help students build financial skills through engaging stories and real-world connections. Attendees explored FEPPP's free Financial Education Library, featuring 42 diverse book titles with ready-to-use lessons that connect financial education, literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.
