Abigail Stuart House-Woman's Club of Olympia Abbie Howard Hunt Stuart founded The Woman's Club of Olympia in 1883 to improve the lives of women and to serve the community.

Built in 1908, the Woman's Club is located at the southeast corner of Washington St and 10th Avenue near downtown Olympia, Washington. Our clubhouse is listed on both the National and Washington State Registers of Historic Places, as well as on the Olympia Heritage Register. The Woman's Club was started in 1883, six years before Washington became a state. Our clubhouse is owned and used by the Woman's Club of Olympia as our main meeting place. The clubhouse is not open to the public, but is available to rent for receptions, meetings and other events. Please call our Reservation Coordinator, Brittney at (360) 753-8283 for a tour or rental information.

Last night's Woman's Club evening program on the Making the ERA a Part of Our History ... Sept Program Gathering was well attended, full of lively discussion and brought together community and focus!
Watch for next month's program, "Rethinking our Membership", a topic that is beneficial to all clubs, service organizations, and groups that are looking to grow in today's membership climate!
The Abigail Stuart House-Woman's Club of Olympia and the Zonta Club Of Olympia will continue to collaborate in the upcoming year and we hope you get this program date permanently on your calendar (2nd Wednesday, each month, 630-800 pm at the The Abigail Stuart House

We’re launching the Raise the Roof Project in conjunction with the Cascadia Mystic Convergence to help support a new roof for the historic Woman’s Club of Olympia building at the Abigail Stuart House.
And you don’t have to attend the Convergence to be part of it.
