City of Oldsmar Citizens Academy Thursday evenings, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. Contact us for the next class dates.

Citizens Academy is a 9 week class led by City Staff to gude citizens through the myriad of operations that keep Oldsmar running. Academy participants tour key facilities, learn the challenges facing future development, talk with City leaders about current issues and events affecting Oldsmar and work side-by-side with staff members to learn about the essential functions they serve.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2014 Citizens Academy. Dates are March 13 - May 8, 2014.

The dates for 2013 are now set: Thursday nights, March 28 through May 23, 2013 beginning at 6:30 p.m. A light dinner is included each night. Applications will be available at City Hall later this week.
