Not every shoot turns out how I'm hoping! This one from last year is a good example of that. I've shot in some extremely cold temperatures over the years, but this day was simply too cold. I figured I'd just push through it safely, but within ten minutes I called the shoot over and left the location. I loved the wardrobe and had hoped to shoot it less flat with more dimension to the wings, and with more snowy trees in the foreground for depth (I mean, and with more expression in the face and more bend to the arms, if I'm going to be picky). Oh well, it happens - I'm less of a perfectionist these days.
Sorry for my silence lately. I've been enjoying married life, and feeling more positive while offline. But I do miss posting more, too, and hopefully will post more here this month.
