We have an unexpected opening for The Lake House August 5th - August 12th. The Lake House is a seasonal cottage built circa 1905 and can accommodate up to eight people. This charming waterfront, two-story cottage features four bedrooms and a screened-in porch.

Palmer Point is one of the oldest cottage colonies in the Adirondacks. It was established in 1895 and has been in continuous operation since then. Throughout its history, Palmer Point has rented cottages, sold gas to boaters on the Fulton Chain of lakes and transported families to and from other Adirondack great camps. Today, Palmer Point continues its great tradition of boat rentals and gasoline sale to its friends in the Adirondacks.

WELCOME! Palmer Point features more than 260 feet of waterfront access on Fourth Lake. We have a sandy beach for cottage renters, boat launch and campfire pit.
