UPDATE: ALBANY TURNPIKE IS NOW OPEN (8/31/26@5PM)

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE: ALBANY TURNPIKE ROAD

Please be advised that Albany Turnpike Road will be closed on Monday, August 31, 2026, beginning at 7:00 AM for culvert replacement.

The closure is at #223 Albany Turnpike Road, between Haddock Hill Road and Cotter Road.

Residents and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and plan accordingly.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation while this work is completed.

ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE: Percy Hill Road Closed for Paving

Percy Hill Road will be closed September 2–3 for paving, from State Route 295 side after CSX to #73 Percy Hill Road, beginning at 7:00 AM.

Residents within this closed area will be able to access their residences during the closure if needed, but may experience delays or wait times due to paving operations. All other residents should enter and exit from the Rock City Road side.

Please use alternate routes and plan accordingly.

The Town of Chatham Highway Department advises that Hartigan Road will be closed at the railroad bridge on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The ceremony will be held at 2pm at the Pavilion.
