Self-esteem isn’t about believing you’re perfect. It’s about recognizing your worth—even when you make mistakes, face challenges, or have a difficult day.

Here are a few ways to strengthen your self-esteem:

✨ Practice positive self-talk: Notice your inner critic and replace harsh thoughts with something kinder and more realistic.

🎯 Set achievable goals: Celebrate progress, not perfection. Every small accomplishment counts.

💪 Recognize your strengths: Make a list of qualities, skills, and experiences you’re proud of—and revisit it when you need a reminder.

❤️ Set healthy boundaries: Saying “no” when necessary is a way of respecting yourself and your needs.

🌻 Stop comparing yourself to others: Your journey is uniquely yours. Focus on your growth rather than someone else’s highlight reel.
