Did you know…

You should do at least 20 minutes of moderate movement every day?

Not doing this can:
➖️ Weaken your heart
➖️ Lower energy levels
➖️ Stiffen your joints and muscles
➖️ Raise your risk of chronic conditions
➖️ Increase stress
➖️ Negatively impact mood

But movement doesn’t mean you have to spend 20 or more minutes a day in the gym. There are lots of ways you can build movement into your day, like:
➖️ Taking a brisk walk during your lunch break
➖️ Use the stairs instead of the elevator
➖️ Stretch or do a few exercises during TV commercials
➖️ Park further away from your destinations to walk more

It doesn’t matter what the movement is, and it doesn’t have to be the same every day. It just matters that you do it.
