We are proud to have worked with The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma to get this bill across the finish line this session!!

This is a BIG day for our industry and state! SB227 has officially been signed into law. ✍️

This bill clarifies and protects the tax framework for Oklahoma oil and gas producers, ensuring that equipment used in production is not subject to duplicative taxes. Can we get three cheers for fair taxation?! 🎉 SB227 also encourages investment, production growth and job creation in Oklahoma’s most important economic sector.
