Did you know that nearly half of individuals with treatable mental health concerns never seek specialized care?

At the 72d Medical Group, we’re making behavioral health support more accessible through our Integrated Behavioral Health Care (IBHC) / Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) program, bringing behavioral health directly into the primary care clinic. 💙

Our Behavioral Health Consultant works alongside your Primary Care Manager (PCM) as part of a team-based, whole-person approach to care. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, sleep concerns, chronic pain, lifestyle changes, work-life balance, or other everyday challenges, support is available in brief, solution-focused sessions designed to fit into your busy schedule. ✨

The IBHC/PCBH program provides:
✅ Convenient access to behavioral health support within primary care
✅ Evidence-based assessment, treatment, and prevention strategies
✅ Whole-person care focused on improving health, functioning, readiness, and quality of life
✅Early intervention and support without the stigma or delay often associated with specialty care

Keeping our force ready starts with keeping our people healthy, both mentally and physically. 🇺🇸 This embedded model helps service members, beneficiaries, and families receive timely support in a familiar and trusted environment.

📍Ask your PCM about IBHC services at your next appointment, stop by the front desk for more information, or call the appointment line to schedule.

Your health matters. Mind and body.💪🧠
