Is your church or bible study group, book club, school or youth organization interested in volunteering?

We love having groups come in and learn about the pantry and help us do what we do best, feed the hungry.

We want to send out a hearty Thank You to our fearless leader Sue for her hard work and ability to adapt to a "new normal" as we navigate thru all this! We also want to thank John and JoAnn for their hard work and dedication to helping make things run smoothly at the pantry! We appreciate their tireless work to keep our volunteers and clients safe and to keep the pantry open so we can fulfill our mission to help feed hungry families. Just wanted to hop on and let everyone know the pantry is staying open our regular hours with just a few procedural changes.
Volunteers will practice social distancing at the door with clients.
Bathrooms are unavailable at this time.
No personal interviews.
Names will be taken at the door.
Instructions will be given how to pick up groceries.
BritVil's primary concern is how to protect those who may be most vulnerable.
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you posted if there are any changes. The need for food is great and if you are in a position to help please consider donating!

Just wanted to send out a heartfelt Thank You to all the donors, churches, businesses and volunteers that gave so much to BritVil last year and helped us feed hungry families in OKC!! We fed 9,213 families last year with a grand total of 19,695 people receiving food from BritVil. 6,350 of those fed were under the age of 18. We couldn't have done without your help and dedication to BritVil! Thank You!!
