Simple lifestyle changes can reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, some cancers, stroke and diabetes. Get 30 minutes of activity every day, or 60 minutes if you’re a kid. Be to***co free. Choose water over sugary drinks. Shape Your Future is a product of the Oklahoma State Department of Health and TSET.

Content or comments of this nature found on a state agency’s social computing technology site, should be edited, revised or removed from the site.
