Positively Paseo Positively Paseo partners with the City of Oklahoma City and Strong Neighborhoods Initiative to revitalize homes, neighborhoods and lives!

Positively Paseo is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit community housing development organization, or CHDO, working to revitalize the Paseo Historic District, Classen Ten Penn, and Classen’s North Highland Parked neighborhoods in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Positively Paseo’s mission is to revitalize urban Oklahoma City neighborhoods by rehabilitating historic homes, re-inhabiting vacant land, and increasing community investment through homeownership.
