Bryce leads our daily operations with a passion for helping others discover hope, purpose, and lasting recovery. Guided by the belief that "You rise and fall to the level of those around you," he is committed to creating an environment built on accountability, encouragement, and genuine community.

Having witnessed firsthand the challenges that addiction, loss, and life's hardships can bring, Bryce has dedicated himself to ensuring that every resident who walks through our doors is given the opportunity to rebuild, grow, and succeed.

At Rise & Recover, Bryce is not simply managing a house. He is helping build a community where second chances become new beginnings.
