💻Positive Response is the official response from the utility company on your OKIE811 Ticket. You can see real time updates for Positive Response on your ticket by searching your ticket number in the OKIE811 ticket portal here → https://geoappv3.okie811.org/ui/dashboard

👉Always check to make sure that all utilities are marked and match what the Positive Response states.

📑If it is passed the work start date on your ticket (minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the work start date - excluding holidays, weekends, and date of notification), you may contact OKIE811 for a 2nd Notice for the utility owners to mark the site.

✅Always wait to dig before you have all responses and it's the start date on your ticket.
