AGENDA FOR OKFUSKEE COUNTY ELECTION BOARD MEETING
As required by Title 25, Section 311 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Okfuskee County Election Board will hold a REGULAR meeting:
DATE: Tuesday, April 7, 2026
TIME: 5:00 PM
PLACE: Okfuskee County Election Board, The Mapping Room
ADDRESS: Okfuskee County Courthouse, 209 North Third Street, Okemah, OK
AGENDA
Following is a list of the business to be conducted by the County Election Board at the above-mentioned meeting:
1. Call to Order and announcement of quorum.
2. Discussion and possible action to review, consider, and approve or disapprove the minutes of the special meeting held on October 17, 2025.
3. Discussion and possible action to review, consider, and approve or disapprove the minutes of the regular meetings held on the following dates: April 2, 2024; August 30, 2024; November 8, 2024 and May 13, 2025
4. Process Mail and Nursing Home Absentee Ballot Affidavits submitted for the April 7, 2026, Special Bond Election held for Graham-Dustin Public Schools, ISD #56. This includes opening the return envelopes and examining the ballot Affidavits for sufficiency, removing the ballot Affidavit envelopes, opening the secrecy envelopes, and counting the Ballots.
5. Recess the meeting if necessary and reconvene no later than 6:45 PM.
6. Canvass the April 7, 2026, Special Bond Election returns for Graham-Dustin Public Schools, ISD #56. Okfuskee County Election Board is an affected County. Hughes County is the Parent County.
7. Secretary’s report to the Board about current and upcoming election events, and discussion regarding future meeting dates.
8. Adjourn
