On August 18 2026 at approximately 1241 hours Pawnee County Sherriff's Office contacted the Oilton Police Department in reference to a subject identified as Zebadiah Brandon. Pawnee County advised the suspect had an active felony warrant for assault on a police officer 21 O.S. 649. They received a tip he was staying at a local residence in Oilton.
After being notified of the warrant, and was verified off duty officers were called in. At approximately 1600 hours An apprehension team was put together, and staged at the local police department. The apprehension team was then dispatched to the residence. Upon arrival Oilton Police observed the area of the residence. The suspect Zebadiah Brandon was positively identified exiting a vehicle at the front of the residence. The apprehension team then deployed themselves upon the property, surrounding the camper. Zebadiah Brandon was ordered to surrender for the warrant. Zebadiah had surrendered to law enforcement without incident. After being placed into custody Zebadiah was then transported to the Pawnee County Jail.
