We went to Flat Gap Elementary today for some Public Relations during their Engines and End Zone car show. Didn't expect to come home with some bling.

Tanker 2 was voted Best Of Show Kids Choice. Now we think it was the truck itself that pulled the hardware, but we know deep down inside, it was the water we dumped on the judges 😂

UPDATE:
All operations have now ended. An official, joint statement will be released by Paintsville Public Safety, Paintsville/Johnson County Emergency Management, Johnson County Sheriff's Office and the FBI tomorrow morning with full details.
Operation was conducted due to incendiary devices that were found during the investigation of a domestic violence call.

There is currently an active Emergency Services operation on going in the 1400 block of KY-40 West involving multiple agencies. Please avoid the area.
More details will be released when appropriate. Thank you

This morning at 11:12am, units were dispatched for a MVC with possible ignition/fire on KY 825 in the 12,500 block.
On arrival, one pickup truck, believed to be stolen, was resting on its top as a result of a pursuit terminating maneuver performed by KSP after a 15 mile pursuit from US23 across KY825. Fuel and fluids were leaking as a result of the vehicle being overturned.
Measures were taken to control the fuel leak and to contain any fluids to the roadway surface. Route 825 remained closed for 4 hours allowing KSP to follow protocol for reconstruction.
Two occupants of the vehicle were not injured and taken into custody after medical clearance by Paintsville Fire and EMS. Multiple charges are pending.
Roadway reopened just after 3pm to all traffic.
