The purpose of the department is to meet the leisure needs of the residents and visitors by offering a variety of programs, as well as by providing space for both passive and active recreation.

Ogunquit Parks & Rec is looking for volunteers to help with our kids' rock painting and face painting event during OgunquitFest on Saturday, October 25, from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM in Perkins Cove. 🎨😊

It’s a fun way to join in the festivities and get involved with the Parks & Recreation committee - dare we say, the funnest group of people in town!

Mother Nature delivered the perfect subject this weekend, as artists brought the beauty of Ogunquit to life on canvas. 🎨 Thank you to everyone who came out to see the more than 100 talented artists in Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and across Ogunquit. The turnout for this year’s Plein Air event was incredible! We’re already looking forward to next year. 💛
