These are not scones made out of ordinary bread dough... these are home made from our own special recipe, a mix between croissants, pie crust, and bread dough. They have a wonderful, light, flaky texture that you will enjoy with your choice of honey butter, raspberry, lemon, cinnamon-sugar, or powdered sugar toppings.

Getting ready all this week for SOUTH OGDEN DAYS!! It's going to be SO much fun!!
Today I feel a little like Rumplestiltskin who spun a big pile of straw into gold...
I am spinning this stack of flour into dough!
Which, later after all my hard work, will turn into "gold"! Let the work begin!
..at least I don't have to give up my "firstborn" child!
