We're looking for four noncommissioned officers to help communicate important information to increase promotions to SGT (E-5). This includes updating mileage and preferences, understanding the entire junior enlisted TPU promotion process, and more. You will be able to directly impact Chief of Army Reserve's challenge for junior enlisted Soldiers to reach E5 in 5 years.

Additionally, in this position you will:
1. Serve as a subject matter expert on reassignment and retention of TPU Soldiers
2. Report all important items to EMB/PMD chief and keep units informed about USARC policies.
3. Train staff and assist with processing actions related to TPU promotions.
