We're a small shelter; we serve three cities with only seven dog kennels and seven cat cages. It’s critical we have the cooperation of the community in licensing their pets in order to get lost pets home. Because it’s our mission to not euthanize any healthy animals, we need the public’s help. Our citizens can help by spaying and neutering their animals, this is the single most important thing you

can do for the health of your animal, and the health of our community. Vaccinations, including rabies, micro-chipping, and taking care to maintain control of your animal at all times will help us in our mission. The welfare of our companion animals is in all of our hands, everyone can help by practicing responsible pet ownership.

We have 2 spayed female border collie mix puppies up for adoption. They are 8 months old. These girls have been working on basic obedience and kennel training. They do great with a consistent schedule. They are in a foster home together right now but would excell in separate homes. They are great with other dogs and cats. They are not apartment dogs. 2yr old neutered male border collie mix. This sweet boy came in as a stray and no one came for him. He was shy and shutdown when he first came in. Now this happy-go-lucky boy is ready for a new home. He is very energetic and loves to explore. He knows basic commands and has been great with going out the dog door to go potty outside. He is fine with cats and other dogs. He can be shy at first. Nora is a 4 to 6yr old golden retriever. She is spayed microchipped and vaccinated. She is good with other dogs cats and kids. We have noticed at the shelter she is barrier reactive with other dogs. When she actually meets the dog outside the kennel she is fine. She was described as lazy and very clingy in her previous home. She is potty trained and not destructive. 6 month old spayed female Labrador mix. This sweet girl is looking for her new adventure partner. She can be shy at first but is a happy go lucky love bug when she gets comfortable. She is good with other dogs and cats. She has learned to use the dog door at the shelter. She is still young and will need basic training.
