Odessa Animal Sanctuary, Inc. 501c3 Non-Profit Organization Non-Profit 501c (3) Caring for Animals - Giving Forever Homes to those Animals in Need. We started out with just Dogs and Cats and outgrew our home in the City.

OAS is a 501c3 Non Profit Animal Rescue Sanctuary helping Dogs, Cats, Farm Animals and Wildlife since 1992. Moved out to Odessa acquired property to expand our efforts into helping Animals. With the property we have been able to take in Animals of all kinds that no longer others can take care of and desperately need a wonderful forever home. We have 5 acres dedicated to the well being, security, love and daily hands on care of our Animals. As of January, 2022 we have 400+ mouths to feed and are doing this ourselves and glad to do it. Our monthly operating budget now exceeds $25K. We are always educating and sharing our experiences along the way., We offer Private Tours to help offset our expenses $150pp and runs 2.5 hours ,. Please follow us in our efforts and journey to help better the lives of so many Animals. PLEASE REMEMBER: Animals are not like most kids you raise and turn out as they support themselves. Animals NEED homes for life. Do not get any Animals you can not see yourself taking care of till the end of their life. This is a HUGE commitment and your Animals depend on you to have and NOT break their hearts one day you need to get rid of them. We are here to help if you really need to rehome you pet. Our min intake surrender fee is $380 per Animal and must make appt. We also encourage you to make small monthly donations in the future to help us continue our efforts. We just love our Raccoons. All Pet Surrenders that made their final forever homes here at OAS. Captive raccoons can live up to 25 years old. Do your research before ever buying one as a Pet. It's a HUGE commitment and many sacrifices must be made to make one happy.

We are officially at capacity. Right now, we can only take in 4 to 5 goats—we have reached our absolute limit for all other farm animals.
​Providing proper care means meeting steep feed, veterinary, and daily operational costs. Each month, we face an average shortfall of $15,000, which our founder currently covers out of pocket. This simply isn't sustainable long-term.

Kiki the Kinkajou only comes out at night. A beautiful nocturnal creature sweet as can be. And loves human attention. She's getting a roommate next week and we can't wait for the excitement between them both.
