This Father’s Day, we honor the dads of AeroCare 5. The fathers who leave before the house wakes up and come home long after bedtime. The dads who miss birthday parties, baseball games because someone, somewhere, needs them on their worst day.

The men who answer the call without hesitation, carrying the weight of responsibility both in the aircraft and at home.Being a flight crew member requires sacrifice. Being a father requires heart. Doing both takes something truly special.

Today, we celebrate the fathers who spend their days caring for others while never forgetting the families waiting for them at home.

AeroCare 5 extends our heartfelt condolences to the members of Odessa Fire Rescue and the family of Lieutenant Isai Huerta following the tragic line-of-duty death that occurred while crews were battling a structure fire on Sunday evening. Lt. Huerta was a true hero.

Please keep Lieutenant Huerta’s family, the members of Odessa Fire Rescue, the other injured firefighters, and all those impacted by this tragedy in your thoughts and prayers.

From all of us at AeroCare 5, we extend our deepest condolences to the families, friends, coworkers, and loved ones affected by this unimaginable loss. There are no words sufficient for the heartbreak felt when we lose members of our flight family doing what they dedicated their lives to — serving others in their greatest moments of need.

Though uniforms, patches, and programs may differ, we are all one family in this industry. We stand with Trans Aero during this devastating time and honor the courage, sacrifice, and commitment of those lost.

🚔 ES**RT NOTICE – TRANS AERO CREW 🚔

*** 1250 PM UPDATE: The procession has left the staging area and is westbound on US Highway 380 from Capitan Gap Road. ***

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting an honor es**rt for the Trans Aero Crew, at approximately 11 am this morning (5/16), and will be traveling from the area of US Highway 380 and Capitan Gap Road, westbound on US Highway 380 through:

📍 Capitan
📍 Carrizozo
📍 Bingham
📍 San Antonio

The es**rt will then proceed onto Interstate 25 en route to the Office of the Medical Investigator in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Anyone wanting to join along the route is welcome but please be mindful to join at the tail end of the es**rt.

Motorists should expect temporary traffic delays along the es**rt route and are asked to use caution and remain alert for emergency vehicles and personnel assisting with the procession.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office appreciates the cooperation of assisting agencies and the patience and respect shown by the public during this es**rt operation.

Today we celebrate the women who answer calls for others while also answering the calls of motherhood. Your strength, compassion, sacrifice, and love reach far beyond the aircraft and into the lives of your families, patients, teammates, and community every single day.

To all mothers, whether pet mom, step mom, waiting to be a mom and our bereaved moms, thank you for the countless ways you care, comfort, lead, and love. The impact you make is immeasurable, and the world is better because of it.
