Today’s Member Spotlight is Heartland Pantry.

What started as a premier jam manufacturing facility has grown into one of Odessa’s favorite local stops for fresh food, catering, and community connection. Now in its third year as a brick-and-mortar business, Heartland Pantry continues to expand its offerings while staying true to its homemade roots.

Every Wednesday during their popular pop-up events, they serve delicious grab-and-go breakfast options featuring a rotating jam flavor of the week. Their menu regularly includes breakfast burritos, biscuits & gravy, cinnamon rolls, fresh salads, wraps, muffins, homemade bagels, and more.

Heartland Pantry has also become well known for its beautiful grazing boards and catering services for events and gatherings of all sizes. They are a regular caterer for our Chamber meetings, and we can personally say their food is always a hit!

One accomplishment they are especially proud of is being named the 2025 Chamber Business of the Year. This recognition reflects the quality of their business and their commitment to our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for the Blue Smoke BBQ ribbon cutting! 🎉✂️

What started as a food truck in 2023 is now a brick-and-mortar in downtown Odessa! We're excited to celebrate this milestone with Brian Corn and his team and look forward to their continued success!

📍 Blue Smoke BBQ will be closed for vacation June 6–7 and will reopen June 13.
