CASA of the Permian Basin Area provides advocacy for children in the foster care system from Crane, Ector, Loving, Ward and Winkler Counties in Texas. CASA Volunteers are compassionate, committed, everyday people - teachers, businessmen and women, retirees, stay-at-home parents and grandparents. CASA Volunteers undergo extensive training prior to working with a child, ensuring they are well-equipped to serve as a voice for abused and neglected children. Unfortunately, there are many abused and neglected children in the Permian Basin Area without a CASA Volunteer. CASA Permian Basin proudly serves children in Ector, Crane, Loving, Ward, and Winkler counties, ensuring that children involved in the foster care system have a dedicated advocate who speaks up for their best interests.

Our mission is local, and the need is ongoing. Every child deserves a caring adult who will listen, advocate, and help them navigate one of the most difficult times in their life.

And while a good coffee can brighten your Monday, imagine what simply showing up can do for someone else.

For a child experiencing foster care, encouragement, consistency, and one caring adult in their corner can make even the hardest days feel a little more hopeful. That’s what CASA volunteers do—they show up, listen, encourage, and advocate. 💙

We are especially grateful for our CASA volunteers, community partners, supporters, and child welfare professionals who dedicate their time and hearts to helping children and families. ❤️

For many children in foster care, change can become a regular part of life—new homes, new schools, new routines, and new faces. That’s a lot for any child to navigate.

That’s why consistency matters. A CASA volunteer can be a familiar face who continues to show up, listen, advocate, and remind a child that their voice matters. 💛

🏡 Homes may change.
📚 Schools may change.

Football season is here! 🏈✨ Friday night lights, cheering crowds, hometown pride, and teams coming together for one goal.

But the importance of having a great team goes far beyond the football field.

For a child experiencing foster care, having someone consistently in their corner can make all the difference. CASA volunteers are there to listen, encourage, advocate, and make sure a child’s needs and best interests are heard.

💙 Every great team needs someone who shows up. Every child deserves the same.

You don’t have to be a coach, teacher, attorney, or social worker to make an impact. You just need the willingness to care, learn, and be a consistent voice for a child who needs one.
