As National Police Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the dedicated officers of the District Police Department for their commitment, professionalism, and service to our students, staff, and community each and every day. Your hard work and sacrifice do not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for all that you do.

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to Excel ER for their generous gifts and for thinking of our officers during this special week. Your kindness and support mean a great deal to our department and are truly appreciated.

And lastly, we want to wish our Chief of Police a very Happy Birthday! Thank you for your leadership, dedication, and continued support of our department.

Every day, millions of police officers step into the unknown to protect others, often serving their communities through difficult moments without expecting recognition in return.

We’ve never been shy about recognizing the incredible work our officers do, but this week especially, we want to say THANK YOU. Thank you for helping keep our students, staff, and schools safe every day. Your hard work, kindness, and dedication make a difference across our district.

Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating the graduating senior members of the Odessa Student Crime Stoppers program. 🎓💙

These students have dedicated their time to leadership, service, and helping make a positive impact in our schools and community. Watching them grow into outstanding young adults has been an honor, and we could not be more proud of everything they have accomplished.

As they begin this next chapter in life, we know they will continue to achieve amazing things and make a difference wherever they go. Their futures are bright, and we are excited to see all they accomplish.

Congratulations to all of our graduating seniors! Your hard work, dedication, and commitment have not gone unnoticed. We are proud of each and every one of you and wish you nothing but success in the future.
