A trailer was found with a crack at a sliding suspension locking pin hole in an area of previous weld repairs. Inadequate repairs can compromise structural integrity. Inspect for cracks before failure occurs.

Two wheel fasteners were found to be missing during inspection. Remember to check wheels fasteners regularly. A few seconds can help prevent a serious incident or a violation that could place the vehicle out of service.
