The San Diego County Investigators Association, (SDCIA) was founded in 1962, by active law enforcement agents, Deputy Sheriff's, Police Detectives, Field Investigators and other front line officers from various local, state, federal and military agencies. Today, SDCIA continues to be directed by Santos "Sal" Garcia, and other former Law Enforcement Officers. SDCIA is a nonprofit organization and o

ver the years, our membership has migrated from active Law Enforcement Officers (LEO's) and Investigators to qualified private sector investigators with law enforcement experience. Our investigators are fully licensed, insured and have several years of experience in their respective fields of investigations. Several speak both English and Spanish. The majority of our members are qualified former and retired professional law enforcement officers (LEO's) who continue to use their experience and training to provide professional investigative services throughout San Diego and the State of California. Membership is open to qualified professional, experienced active and former law enforcement officers who are licensed investigators in their respective states. Once again, I would like to thank all our Veterans, past and present of the 116th Assault Helicopter Company and their families and friends on this Veterans Day November 11, 2022. Additionally, I would like us to remember my/our friend Stinger door gunner Johnny E. Holman who went on to become CSM.
COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR JOHNNY E. HOLMAN III
SPC 4 Johnny E. Holman was one of my door gunners on Stinger Gunship 64-13956 back in 1967. Holman after being wounded by enemy automatic weapons fire remained in the Army and became CSM Johnny E. Holman III Here is my tribute to our fallen heros.
