We are renting one large master bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 1,556 sf townhouse w/a walk-in closet & private, ensuite bathroom. Our place is move-in ready. From a fully furnished room, and kitchen, to all common areas. We have amazing amenities – a huge, heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness center, and a children's playground. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood with very low through traffic. We're 5 miles from the beach & a safe and flat bike trail to ride there. We have lots of toys, sports equipment, and gear - tandem Kayak, bikes, surfboards, beach gear, camping gear...too much to list (See photos).. We also have 2 refrigerators and a washer & dryer.
Included in rent - Water, Trash & NetFlix. What's not included - Gas/Electric, cable & internet. If you don't have enough for the initial $1,000 deposit, we can work it into your rent until the deposit amount is achieved. The lease would be month-to-month but can change at our discretion.
We love all animals, but have no pets due to severe allergies. We are looking for a roommate who doesn’t smoke anything, has no vises, is drug free, respectful, clean, honest, has a clean record, employment history (or student with financial aid), and someone who is easy going and easy to get along with. We want a drama free home. We are open to all people. Due to our young children, we will require a background check ($35 fee).
We have a few rental options available for a single person, a parent with one child or a couple with no children:
• $250/mo Single person (no children & no couples) who is interested in helping us out as needed for a few hours/day during the week.
• $1,000/mo. (No couples)
1. a single parent w/one child who is interested in a reciprocal arrangement taking care of each others children.
2. a single individual w/no children who is not interested in helping providing any assistance.
• $1,200/mo. A couple who is interested in helping us out as needed for a few hours/day during the week.
• $1,200-$1,800/mo for a single parent with one child who is not interested in a reciprocal childcare arrangement but is interested in childcare assistance.
Single moms looking for reciprocal childcare are preferred.
We are a professional couple that work from home, own our own business and have two young children – our 2y/o daughter and a 6 m/o son.
We are responsible, have a FICO score in the high 800’s, are extremely easy going, very respectful, and low key. We treat our roommate like family and hope they will feel at home with us. We don’t smoke, use drugs, and only drink occasionally in moderation. We end our day around 10 p.m. and start our day around 5 a.m. We save our social activities for the weekend.
Our current roommate just got engaged and will be moving out after 18 months with us. We recommend speaking to her about us and her experience as our roommate.
