Our Story

Ignited by a passion to serve the growing homeless population in Monmouth County, a small group of interfaith members joined forces to launch Family Promise of Monmouth County, an affiliate of the National Family Promise in 1999. Each year we provide roughly 12,597 meals and 5,110 bed-nights for families in need. This could not have been made a reality without Linda Stahl, Pastor Vincent Rife, Lindsey Lutz, Esq., Father Bob, Chuck Payette and Debbie Pop’s vision of ‘Building Community, Strengthening Lives.’
