⚠️ STORM DAMAGE REPORTING REMINDER ⚠️
If your home or property sustained damage from recent storms, please report it. Damage reports help emergency management officials assess the overall impact of the storm and identify areas that may need assistance.

If you have an emergency or need immediate assistance, please contact the Ocean Springs Fire Department or call 9-1-1.
For non-emergency storm damage reporting, residents can submit a self-report through the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) website:
https://www.msema.org/report-damage

Important: Submitting a damage report is not an application for financial assistance. The information is used by MEMA to conduct damage assessments and determine the extent of storm impacts across affected areas.

Please take a few moments to report any storm-related damage to your property.
Stay safe, Ocean Springs.

🚧 Inner Harbor
🚧 Kensington Drive
🚧 Calhoun by the Little Childrens Park
🚧 Cleveland Ave. - Power Line Down

Motorists are urged to use extreme caution, especially when traveling through low-lying and flood-prone areas throughout the city. Additional roads may become impassable with little warning as conditions change.

The Ocean Springs Police Department is proud to be a small part of the Ocean Springs Fire Department's incredible summer kids program, The Firehounds! 🚒🚓

Now in Week 2 of the program, our officers have had the opportunity to visit on Day 3 of each week to show these young participants some of the tools and equipment we use every day to help keep our community safe. The Firehounds also got an up-close look at a police cruiser and had plenty of time to meet and spend time with police officers!

The Firehounds program provides hands-on experiences that teach children valuable life skills, including fire safety, CPR, and the Heimlich maneuver, while fostering positive relationships with first responders.

A big thank you to the Ocean Springs Fire Department for inviting us to be a part of this amazing program. We are grateful for the opportunity to help educate and inspire the next generation while working together to build a safer, stronger community!
